Using the website
The site provides recruitment information, account facilities, a job board and a way to submit enquiries. Use it lawfully and provide accurate, relevant information. Do not impersonate another person, upload material you have no right to share, submit misleading vacancies or attempt to access another account.
Candidate accounts and applications
Keep your password private and your profile current. A candidate account can hold a CV and submit an application to a published, open vacancy. Applying expresses interest; it does not guarantee an interview, offer or placement. An application keeps the CV submitted at that time, even if you later replace your profile CV.
Employer accounts and vacancy review
Employer accounts can submit roles for team review. A submission is not automatically published. Employers must ensure that the vacancy details are accurate and that they are authorised to recruit for the role. An employer can review applications to its own vacancies and must use candidate information only within the appropriate recruitment process.
Documents and acceptable use
CV uploads accept PDF or DOCX documents up to 5 MB. Do not upload malicious files, passwords, financial account details or unnecessary sensitive information. File checks and access controls reduce avoidable exposure but do not justify uploading information unrelated to recruitment.
Separate service agreements
Website registration and enquiries do not establish a paid recruitment, staffing or consultancy contract. Fees, assignment responsibilities, payment arrangements, guarantees, cancellation provisions and other commercial terms must be agreed separately in writing. They have not been invented for this draft.
Information, imagery and availability
Service content is general information. Illustrative people images are not staff credentials or client endorsements. Vacancies can change or close. The website is a local development version and may be unavailable during maintenance.
Privacy and account requests
Read the privacy notice before submitting personal information. Use the contact form for an account or privacy request. Requests require appropriate identity checks and business review.
Keep account details and submissions accurate
Check the information you submit before sending it. A candidate profile, vacancy submission and contact enquiry serve different purposes. Updating a profile CV does not replace the document already attached to a submitted application. Use the appropriate account or enquiry route if information needs clarification.
