For candidates
Does it cost anything to apply for a job?
No. Creating a candidate account and applying for roles is free.
How do I apply for a vacancy?
Create a candidate account, upload your CV as a PDF or Word (DOCX) file, then click Apply on any live role.
Who can see my CV?
Your CV is stored privately. Only the Bridge & Talent team and the employer for a role you've applied to can see it.
Can I update my CV after applying?
Yes. Upload a new CV in your account at any time. Applications you've already sent keep the CV you used at the time.
How will I know how my application is going?
Each application shows its current status in your account. If you're a good match, we'll contact you about the next step.
Do you have temporary and contract roles?
Yes. Use the contract filter on the Job Board, or read our temporary and contract work page.
I didn't get the role. Can I still apply for others?
Of course. Keep your CV up to date and apply for any role that suits you.
How do I delete my account or my data?
Contact us and tell us which account it is. Please don't send your password. Our Privacy Policy explains your rights.

How do I advertise a vacancy?
Create an employer account and submit your vacancy. We review every listing before it goes live.
Why do you review vacancies?
To make sure each advert is clear, accurate and fair for candidates.
Which roles do you recruit for?
Professional services, corporate operations, HR, finance, office and senior leadership roles.
Do you provide temporary staff?
Yes. We support temporary and contract assignments as well as permanent hires.
How much do your services cost?
Fees depend on the service and role. We agree terms in writing before we start. See our terms of business or ask us for details.
How quickly can you fill a role?
It depends on the role, pay and market. We'll give you a realistic timetable when we agree the brief.
Can you handle a confidential senior hire?
Yes. Our executive search service is designed for discreet senior and specialist appointments.

How quickly do you reply?
We aim to reply to every enquiry within 1 working day.
What are your opening hours?
Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5:30pm. We're closed at weekends and on UK bank holidays.
